Slow connection

Hi i got like all week slow internet connection but today was worst can you do something please,i run some speedtest first was at 0.64 mb/s at after grow up to 2 or 4 and usually is on 20

Same here, and no help at all from Virgin despite repeated requests all week.

Is the light on your Wifi router orange/yellow by any chance?

Checked both, via wired/ethernet and wireless. Wired shows no improvement.
