Slow broadband

We had a major outage when some cables were damaged and it took two days to get the whole town back on. Ever since our speed has been significantly reduced. We are on the M600 and generally used to get speeds around 418mb / 36mb ever since the outage they are at best 56mb / 41mb. I have checked all connections reset the router several times over the last few weeks all having no success. Would this be a network fault.

Have you checked the 'Check Service Status' at the top of the page ?

Try phoning 0800 561 0061, this will tell you of more local issues that may be affecting your district. Be aware that it isn't a manned line.
