We just got Virgin 9 days ago and have had very slow speeds (absolute max is 40 mpbs, but that was a one off). The previous tenant had good speeds with Virgin. I have posted today's network log, below.

Hi NMasters10, thanks for the message and sorry to hear that you are having issues with the service. Are you having issues on both the wired and wireless? I have checked into any faults with the modem and area and cannot see any issues with the service as it's all showing green. Can you confirm if you are still having performance issues? Chris
