Slow broadband & glitchy TV

Due to very slow broadband, we eventually had a Hub3 installed last month. 
We are now experiencing really slow Broadband in every room except where the hub is located. This has been so slow that I have needed to use my 4g mobile network to enable me to work from one during Lockdown. 
What can you suggest to help? We have already upgraded to M200 fibre optics straight to our house...

Also, during TV programmes the sound often drops out. 

mall very annoying!!

especially as I am working from home providing much needed emotional support over the web to vulnerable community members...

 

help please!!

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, I am sorry to see you are having issues with your internet being slow and the TV glitchy, I have had a look our end and cannot see any issue at all, your levels are where they should be.

 

The only potential issue is the Wi-Fi in your house may not be reaching everywhere, I advise trying our Connect app, with the app you can diagnose and fix most issues, you can find out more here .
