Experiencing very slow internet speeds on a 200Mb package. Speed tests reporting around 20/30Mbps download. Would someone be able to PM to assist?

I've run a health check on the account and the hub looks to be within the specifications we'd expect, are you still experiencing problems since your post on Friday?
If so, can you provide a bit more information- is it a wired or wireless connection you're having the issue with? Have you rebooted/ tried a pin hole reset?
