Slow Upload

Hi, I'm just here to report something that is just very annoying, every week there is 1 or 2 days that the Upload from my Ethernet / Wi-Fi just get's very and very bad.

I tried to check if it was my PC but no for everyone in my house just get's very bad and you can't even do nothing.

So if someone could help me it would be good.
