Slow Upload speed

Been having very slow upload speeds, around 1mpbs or below for the past couple of weeks.

service status shows no issues in my area, engineers called twice changed boc to Hub 5 but no difference whatsoever.

Can you please help with further information on this problem

Ultra low upload speeds are typical of a service fault.
Check for a known local service issue on 0811 561 0061.
Check the Hub's Upstream stats, there should be at least four DOCSIS 3.0 channels connected all in 64 QAM mode.

Sorry to hear you're experiencing speed issues, just from checking our service I can see that there was a recent appointment.

Can I ask has the service improved at all?

Also what work was completed?
