My speed test shows 100mbps download but only 0.5mbps upload. There are no faults reported in my area (Portsmouth), any ideas?

I'm sorry to see you are having issues with your upload speeds, I have tried checking our system and I am unable to see anything on our end to check your connection.
Are you using a business or residential account?
