I got Vivid 200 installed 3 weeks or so ago. The first thing I did was a speedtest, and I got 118mb down and 12mb up.
Since then, I've noticed my speed have been on the decline, sometimes drastically... here are a sample of results.
This is the same when I'm stood right next to the hub (my WiFi signal is consistently strong). It's the same on 2.4Ghz, 5Ghz, or both.
I've tried restarting numerous times, including a couple of times for factory reset. Right now, I'm getting 32mb down and 9mb up.
Here's some router stats. Any suggestions?

Thanks for your post, and sorry for the late reply.
Are you still having issues with the speeds?
Can you confirm how things are on a wired connection?
Yes, I'm still having issues. It's really slow on wired or wireless. Just done a speedtest on wired. 16mb down and 3mb up.
Do you happen to know anything about the downstream power levels that @BrianY mentioned?
This needs fixing, it's dreadful.
Thanks! That helps.
What does an engineer do though? Is it a router thing? Why is the issue occurred in the first place? Is it something I’ve done? Any ideas?
