Slow Speeds and Connection Drops

I've been having issues with my Virgin Connection lately. The connection would drop out as shown on my ThinkBroadband Graph below. Shortly after the internet comes back the speed is very slow on achieving between 40-140Mb.

Constant dropping of connection today too. This is terrible 😫

HI Ron86, thanks for messaging us, we are sorry to see that yoiu have been having issues with the service. We can see that the are is suffering from high congestion and we are working hard to get this fixed, The fault reference number is F008012616  - Chris
