Go round all the accessible co-ax connections and ensure that they are finger tight.

Can you set up a Broadband Quality Monitor (BQM) at thinkbroadband.com - this will give you an insight into what is happening with the signal at the other side of the Hub, it will take a few hours to get any kind of trend showing although you can post the link straight away.

Under your BQM graph are two links in red.
Click the lower link (Share Live Graph) then click generate.
Copy the text in the Direct Link box, beware, there may be more text than you can see.
On here click the Link icon (2 links chain to the left of the camera icon)
In the URL box paste the link you copied and in the ‘text to display’ box write My BQM then click OK - you can post the link straight away.

I am having the same issues Slow Speeds North London but in Area 15.

"The service says its 'Good Service' in my area yet I'm barely running at 2mb/s when i pay for up to 200mb/s...." The same here...

And worst : We have been paying for a year for M500 broadband package, justto be told now that in our area (Muswell Hill- Area 15.) Virgin Media doesn’t provide this service. We were paying for the package and not receiving the full speed for that deal. Can anybody explain this? I found this totally outrageous. Plus thebroadband services we are getting are appalling.We are getting intermittent connection, connections dropping and connections cutting and slowing down.
