I have been having speed issues on and off over the past few days
i am on the 200mb package but speed over the past has been averaging in the 1-2 mbps range both according to https://www.speedtest.net/ & google speed test services upload speed is in the 20mbps range and appears to fine
I am connect to the hub via ethernet , I have reset the hub a couple times to noavail

Power off your hub, check that all coax connections are tight and reboot. If your problems persist call 08005610061 to see if there is a local fault, if not call VM to get a technician to investigate the high downstream power levels and excessive noise on your line.
