So it appears I am still experiencing issues with my speed and doesn't look like the "appointment" to fix the "fault in the area" scheduled for "22/04/19 at 9:00am" fixed anything. Almost 19 days I've experienced loss of service and this issue has still not been resolved! I cannot even complete any work because of this issue!
I am VERY disappointed and angry with this service. I feel like Virgin Media is making a mockery out of me and does not want to help resolve my issue. How long must I wait for this to be resolved? 1 year? 2 years?
