Slow Speed, Packet Loss and High Ping in North East.

All over Facebook and Downdetector people are reporting sever issues in the North East (NE9/NE10 in particular).

Service Status reports no know issues. 1st Line Customer Services run through the script and blame customer equipment or network settings. Offers of Wifi Boosters, a new Superhub or an Engineer visit is made. The problem is clearly with either the VM network or their onward supplier.

Can someone from VM please confirm or deny (preferably confirm) there is a problem?

Just for completeness, I have tried the following:
1. Router Reboot
2. Router re-set (pin hole >30s)
3. Modem mode
4. Router mode
5. Wired and wireless
6. Multiple devices, all modern and up to date.
