Slow Speed Area 22

Hi

I'm paying for 500mbps which is normally absolutely fine.

Over the past week, mainly in the evening, its been dropping to under 400mbps and tonight under 200mbps. No service issues on the site but there must an issue in the area.

Appreciate any help.

Same area, same tier and unfortunately the same speed, just over 200.

It can take 5 - 10 days for a reply on here.

It's not a direct support contact with VM.

So, never had this picked up by anyone from Virgin.

When I ring 150, there is a recorded message saying the network is being improved for my postcode(WD3) and it will be done by 9am. This message has been there since I rang last week. 9am when??

Can't speak to a person, have to cross fingers that this gets picked up here!
