Slow Speed 1Gig

Upgraded from 350 to 1Gig, yet the speeds were better when i had the 350? Using Wired i get anywhere between 300-700, Realspeed is currently saying that only 400 is going to the router. Wi-Fi, near or at a distance from the router gets around 20Mbps, (On 2.4) 70-200 on (5.0). Any ideas on the issue, and maybe a fix?

Could you access your router using http://192.168.0.1/  or http://192.168.100.1/  for modem mode . Don't log in, select the 'Check Router Status' option and paste your 'Downstream', 'Upstream', and 'Network Log' tabs?

At least we can check the stats to rule out an issue with the line.

Every time i do this, i tried it earlier too, nothing happens. It's just a blank white box.

Ah, HUB 4.

I'm unsure if you can access the options following a login instead? (Advanced Settings, Tools, Network Status).

I can see that all the entries bar one are from a half hour period last Friday (24 July) pointing to a lot of negotiating.

You may be as well trying a factory reset on the Hub.
