Slow M350 download speed

Hi,

I just did speedtest on a wired connection using my PC and noticed i'm not receiving the speeds I should be getting.

Hello

Many thanks for the stats looking at these, some of your downstream power levels are too high and will need looking at by an engineer, you can either call in on 150 or wait for a forum staff member picks up the post.

the connection has become unstable again it keeps cutting out every few minutes, if there are work planned in the area why aren't letters being sent out for convenience please

Cheers for popping back @nad223 - sorry that you're having some issues once again with your services. 

 

I have had a quick check of your services from here and at the time of writing, there are no area issues or planned work listed.

 

I can see that you have rebooted recently which is great - the signal levels from here are looking to be within the parameters we would expect and no errors are showing. 

 

As it's been a few weeks since you last posted, can you post a set of new Network logs for us as you did before so we can see if you're seeing anything different from what we have listed here? 

 

It may also be helpful to set up a free “Broadband Quality Monitor” to continually monitor the state of your connection and record any network dropouts.  It does it 24/7/365 and it keeps a visual record of your connection. If you need any help with that please let us know.
