Slow M350 download speed

Hi,

I just did speedtest by Ookla PING ms25 DOWNLOAD Mbps 38.02 UPLOAD Mbps 34.98. Same was in December. Both wifi and cable connections same speed. I have used two diferent PC, still same.

There is a copy of my Hub’s power levels and network log if it helps. Thank you.

Your downstreams are too high, you need a tech to reduce those
