I have 100mb broadband as my service currently, this has consistently functioned at 108mbs since we have been at this address almost 4 years ago. There was some sort of an outage/issue last week with both the broadband and the TV, since then am consistently getting ~58mb down a just under 10 down.
I have carried out this test from two computers both wired. The virgin box's wifi also stopped working a while ago, thus the multiple cables being run.
I tried to phone 150, but nobody available, don't even get put in a queue to wait.
