Slow Gig1 Speeds

Hello,

 

I upgraded from M500 to Gig1 a couple weeks ago but the speeds have been very sporadic and sometimes worse then when it was at M500. I've tried to do the diagnostics and use the Virgin Media Speed app, but the Hub 4 isn't supported on those so I'm not sure what to do.

 

I've setup a BQM and I can see it's very up and down, so not sure if that's possibly the reason? I'll post the graph here.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Ben

what results do you get from the Hub 4's built in speed test?
http://www.samknows.com/realspeed

This should show the speed being delivered to the hub and then the speed the hub is delivering to your device.  It is often helpful in identifying if the issue is on the WAN side or the LAN side.
