Slow Fibre with network error

Joining in

Getting about 45Mbps on a 650Mbps service. A few error logs on the router like this:

No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out;CM-MAC=**:**:**:**:**:**;CMTS-MAC=**:**:**:**:**:**;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.0;

Can anyone help?

I am sorry to hear you've been experiencing some issues with your service. 

I have ran some tests my end, and at the time of writing everything is as it should be in terms of speed to the hub, power levels etc. 

How have things been since posting your side?

Speed test the service to a Router mode Hub(3/4/5) + your device with the link below.

Once the test begins click on: Run full test to see all the stats.

The speed at the Hub should reflect your subscription.

The 45Mb/s would be typical for a WiFi device connected on the 2.4Ghz band.
