The downstream speed of my broadband has dropped massively today to a point where the internet is unusable and I am needing to hotspot to my phone to really do anything. Nothing has changed. Initially I thought it might be my wifi but directly connected and was still the same.
Running a speed test downstream is really slow but upstream seems to be the same speed it always is. I am wondering wether it is an issue affecting only downstream. I ran a test and it was reported back everything was fine. I wonder if anyone can look at the below please and let me know if everything looks good or not?
I have the superhub 2ac and it is used in a modem only mode.
Sorry to hear of the broadband issues experienced and the delays in getting back to you. Is this something you still require assistance with or have you been able to speak to the team and get an engineer out?
Watch the rxmr number - signal to noise ratio - recommended minimum is 34db - yours were way below that - which = increased noise or reduced signal strength
