Slow Download Speed

I am having speed issues maximum download i am receving is 45Mbps down i have my hub in modem mode with a Netgear RAX120, i have tryed restarting both routers also pin hole reset both routers, also tryed in router mode with the same problem, not getting anywhere with VM web chat they just keep saying its a wifi issue but i think its an issue with my hub 3.0

Welcome to our Community Forum, thank you for your post and I'm sorry to understand that you're experiencing some slow speeds!

 

Can you tell us a little more about this issue? Are you only experiencing this problem on a WiFi connection, or are you receiving the same speeds on a wired connection?

 

Would you be able to run a wired connection speed test on speedtest.net and let us know what the results are? You can read a little more about out speeds here.
