Slow Download (Lost MDD Timeout)

Since yesterday night I am experiencing slow download speeds. I used to have around 200Mbps of download speed and now I am getting barely 5Mbps... Plus I keep getting Lost MDD Timeout messages from the Network log. 

I tried to reset the router twice, replug the network cables and still I have the same problem.

Looking in the forum I can see many people had this problem in the past (faulty house cable connection) but I am not sure if this is my case.
