Many thanks for your stats, I have had a look and the only thing of concern is the number of post RS error, this is inductive of noise on the line and one cause can be a loose coaxial connector, can you go around and make sure that all coaxial connections to all VM equipment are finger tight.
If that still doesn't resolve the problem then a VM staff member will need to check the backend, either call in on 150 may be a long wait or wait for a VM staff member to pick up the post.
