Almost certainly, you have a cable fault, dodgy connection, damaged length of cable somewhere - you will need to arrange an engineer visit.

How are boosters going to fix low (Out of spec) downstream power levels?

How are boosters going to fix low (Out of spec) downstream power levels?


They will help to get the slow speed further round the property.

Boosters will not solve this problem. 

The low and unbalanced signal levels suggest a cable fault. 

An engineer visit ir required.

The team had looked into this issue in the last few days and had said that boosters had been sent out to resolve the issue that they had found on the account I have now checked into this further and can see that there is an issue with the downstream power levels, that wasn't shown earlier on our live system but this is now being shown, so I will now arrange for a technician to visit and resolve this issue.
