Slow Broadband speed

Hi

I was getting 157mbps up until a couple of days ago. VM emailed to say I have been upgraded to 200mbps but now I get 18mbps at best ie. less than 10% what it should be and much worse than what I'm used to.

Tried pinhole reset but no joy.

Any ideas ? apparently there are no issues in my area

Thanks

Rob

Re: Slow Broadband speed

You need to speedtest with a wired connection.

Re: Slow Broadband speed

I have the same Email and the same problem. I pinhole reset checked all my connections. My hub is in the best location free from other devices Wire etc. I have gone from 150 Mbps+ to max of 2 Mbps yes 2!!. When the hub 3.0 is turned off and rebooted i will get great speeds while the top lights are green as it boots. but as soon as they go off and the yellow light is on it drops to 1.9 to 2 max . Almost like it is being restricted for the last 48 hours
