I'm using a wired broadband connection. No wifi involved. I assume this is related to the failure just after midnight last night.
Your upstream power levels are too high and need to be looked at by VM. As it only started last night would explain why the logs are not showing the upstream in distress.
You will need to contact VM for resolution, either by waiting here about a week until a VM Forum Team Member picks up the thread, or give them a call on 150 from a VM line or 0345 454 1111 for a quicker response.
I would bear in mind this thread may get complex as felix53 has rudely hijacked the thread rather than start his own
