Slow Broadband 350mb

Hi

I've recently joined Virgin broadband from Sky, the download speeds I'm getting are usually 50mb.

Since joining 2 weeks ago we have not had received anywhere near 350mb at anytime of the day.

Please would you advise if this is normal?

SNR is OK, power levels for upstream are OK, but not shown for downstream, but the post-RS error levels are too high.  Unless there's an area fault already being worked on you'll need a technician to visit, so hold on for the VM forum staff to advise you - sometimes take a day or two, sometimes they get back to you very quickly..
