Slow Boardband

My supposed 100Mb is running at an average of 10Mb, tested 3 times a day over 5 days.  I can not find any way of making a complaint.  Any suggestions?

Firstly - how are you doing the speed tests. On a wired or wifi connection? If wifi - try on ethernet cable.
Also what devices are you using to test?
And what Hub model do you have? If a Superhub, is it connecting on the 2.4 or 5 GHz band? If a Hub3 try separating the 2 bands by renaming their ssid's to be different (and switch of "channel optimisation").
