Slow 350 speeds in new house

I recently moved into a new house and decided to go with the 350mbs package for the year. Upon arriving at the house and installing a brand new hub 3.0 router, we can't seem to get speeds above 100mbs at best on ethernet and it dropping to around 70mbs on wifi.

The light on the new router seems to constantly be yellow (I am colourblind so I'm not 100% sure)

Below are the downstream, upstream and network log. Also here is a broadband quality monitor I set up yesterday if that helps.

https://www.thinkbroadband.com/broadband/monitoring/quality/share/0ca9b87f28b2ab7c1c7cb07b5736305520...

Any help with the situation would be much appreciated.

Re: Slow 350 speeds in new house

Your upstream power levels are too high:

Upstream bonded channels

Channel Frequency (Hz) Power (dBmV) Symbol Rate (ksps) Modulation Channel ID

1462000005.1512064 qam6
2537000005.1512064 qam5
3326000005.1512064 qam8
4394000005.1512064 qam7

The HUB reports a decimal out so the power level is actually 51dBmV.

These levels need to be reduced for a stable line.

Re: Slow 350 speeds in new house

Thank you for the response. If the problem is on my end, how would you recommend finding and dealing with the source of the issue?

and if it isn't on our end, what would be the best course of action to get the problem solved?

You can check if all the internal connections are secure.

Other than that you require an engineer visit.
