Slooooow

I am signed up to the 100mps package, but I'm lucky if I get 15mbps. Any advice?

How are you measuring the speed?

You need to do it with a good cat6 ethernet cable out of the back of the hub.

We need to rule out a wifi-only issue.

Using an ethernet cable when I play xbox I get 200mbps. I use the tool that virgin recommend using to measure the speed.

Uh? you get 200 Mb/s on a 100 Mb/s package with the xbox?

Can you plug a laptop into the hub (nick the cable from the xbox if needed and then look at the speed on.

You said you're paying for 100mbps and you're getting 200mbps so why are you frustrated sorry?

I'm new to these forums and sure the power users are well used to these type of queries, but bro come on...you gotta give some detail.
