20 year customer i have seen all sorts of problems over the years and here we are once again with another absolute farcical situation.
Could someone please tell me what is going on here with my connection, you can clearly see where and why i have had to reboot my network.
What on earth has happened to the QOS being provided, i didn't sign up for this level of poor service, it doesn't work particularly well for online gaming at all does it?. To add insult to injury you have put my bill up by £15 per month, absolute circus right now.
This has been going on for quite some time. It settled down for a week and then it was back again. It is only now that i have actually had the time to try and resolve it before i turn it all off and go elsewhere.
Edit: No known problems reported in the area via the "Check service status".
Network log and all hub stats look OK, but the BQM shows appalling performance and persistent packet loss. I'll flag this thread for the forum team, I suspect as there's not an obvious cause it may need escalation by them to the networks teams for investigation unless there's already a known area fault (unfortunately VM don't report all faults through the service status page, making it a rather pointless affair).
