I have been connected with Virgin at my current property for just under a year now, and the connection has been great! Recently I got upgraded from the Hub3 to the Hub4, and that also went smoothly. I have been on the Hub4 for a month or so now.
However within the past few days I have been having extreme lag spikes, and it makes playing any sort of games impossible. I usually hover around 40ms ping, and then have long periods of 200+ms.
I will post the Network Configuration settings from the router in subsequent comments to this post. Hopefully someone can take a look and identify what might be going on. I don't know if its related, but it does feel like this has started as the weather has recently taken a turn, but i wouldn't have thought this would be the cause?
