Why is it that every weekend my service is completely rubbish..... no internet, slow or comes and goes, can’t get catch up,Netflix ect.

I am sorry to hear that you had some issues with your netflix there.
We have run a few tests at our end and there doesn't seems to be any noticeable problems.
