Service

Why is it that every weekend my service is completely rubbish..... no internet, slow or comes and goes, can’t get catch up,Netflix ect.

we have this problem with netflix at the weekends,, we lost total service for 4 hours one day last week, no mention of refunding paying for a service we couldnt use 😞

I am sorry to hear that you had some issues with your netflix there.

 

We have run a few tests at our end and there doesn't seems to be any noticeable problems. 

 

Please could you get back in touch and let us know the answers to the following questions. 

  • Are you having any WiFi issues on any devices?
  • What device are you watching netflix on? 
  • Are you experiencing these issues with more than 1 device?
