We’re always looking for ways to improve your service, and that’s why our new Hub 4 is designed to deliver better WiFi speeds and reliability. It’s our next step in improving our broadband for our customers, and we want to upgrade you to it at no extra cost

I received the hub and wiring and installed it myself went straight into service and it synchronised up immediately.  
The have checked the speed of the hub and it is no quicker than the previous hub and has dropped out on several occasions. 
To top it all when I received my latest bill I have been charged £35 activation fee for this free hub. 
I contacted 150 yesterday morning and the operative said this should not have happened and my bill would be amended forthwith and I would receive confirmation of the phone call. As of yet my bill has not been amended and I have not received any confirmation that contact was made.
