SW London - High latency almost constantly throughout day

I have the most expensive M350 connection, yet my latency and speeds have been pretty terrible.

Here is what it looks like today:

In actual use I see constant 300-500ms spikes with timeouts. It makes the connection almost unusable for my work.

Compare to March:

It's not perfect but substantially better.

Can anyone help me with this? I have tried rebooting the modem and so on. I'm almost certain it's over subsciption that is the issue here.

Could you please provide your network logs you can find in your Hub settings? You can find the information to gain access to the settings on the base of your Hub.

 

Please just make sure you remove any personal details such as IP addresses.

Your downstream levels are way too high.

You'll need an engineer visit.

I have no idea how to book an engineer. I can't get through on the customer service phone line (excessive wait times). Emily, can you help me book an engineer? Is there a way to do it online?

I managed to get through to a customer support person but they said everything was fine, despite my sky-high downstream levels and constant packet loss. From doing some research, it seems like I could try fitting a forward attenuator myself to lower the power levels. Anyone have an idea what level I would need to buy to get within spec? Thank you.
