STILL not fixed - 500Mbp/s Oomph package getting SUB 100Mbp/s

Ok, so engineer attended, fittted a new hub and said something about 'network' and crackly line.

Speed STILL sub 100Mbp/s

STILL no working landline.

Complaint submitted.

Really poor.  I asked the previous mod for an update and have been ignored because I clicked 'helpful' in the post.  Lesson learnt.

Tried rebooting.

Tried resetting.

Config now shows higher power than old hub.

Still same downstream and upstream numbers.

Getting very frustrated.  I am at work in the day and can only deal with this when I get home (keyworker - Fibre engineer for Openreach...)

Check all the connections are nice and tight and reboot the hub and check again

Hi Gary,

All connections are tight, all the way to the external wire.  The hub was fitted by an engineer.  But, just undone them all, and retightened.

Can you post the network logs, masking any WAN IP address.

As for landline: if its via the hub have you plugged the adapter in the TEL 1 port.

Telephony on the Hub 3 landing page shows as Disabled....and I cant find where to enable it, if I am able to do such a thing...

Nothing wrong with the stats but there was a network lock failure two days ago. What speeds are you getting with a wired connection to the hub using speedtest.net?
