Have posted information from the router as requested. Hopefully this can shed light on the issue. I hope its not merely one of being throttled due to Virgin Media not being able to supply all their local contract with what they pay for.

It looks like your Hub isn't responding to Pings.

Can you set the Hub Firewall to be the same as below.
