This is my present speed on a 1GB service if that's what you can call it now this might be acceptable to Virgin but it sure as hell is NOT acceptable to me been complaining for months and got nowhere, so I am taking it further it's like talking to yourself the so called tech team are no more use than ornament?

I quite like ornaments - particularly the quirky ones you find in the bric-a-brac section of charity shops.

How are you testing your speed? What does the Sam knows speed test show?

This is over a cat6 Ethernet connection, it shows the ping the actual download speed of the connection and the upload speed of the connection? It's not rocket science, to see that it is nowhere near a 1Gig which I am paying for.  I was on the 500 plan, and I am now getting less speed and being robbed of three times as much money for the privilege?

Please post the power levels of the Hub and the network log. Setup a BQM to monitor the circuit www.thinkbroadband.com/ping

Looks like the image has been rejected, as it might have personal information.

Can you post the power levels and network log.  Just copy and paste the text into several posts, as the Board software will remove any personal information for you.

Post a link to the "shared live link" for your BQM.

Also do a direct wired connection to www.samknows.com/realspeed and post the results.

VM network needs upgrading to handle from internet to your device for speed.
