Looks like the image has been rejected, as it might have personal information.
Can you post the power levels and network log. Just copy and paste the text into several posts, as the Board software will remove any personal information for you.
Post a link to the "shared live link" for your BQM.
Also do a direct wired connection to www.samknows.com/realspeed and post the results.
