Rubbish overall service, on hold for 6 hours, blackspots, wifi keeps dropping, cant contact
What is going on at Virgin Media? I can't get through to them, the hub 4.0 they have sent me is rubbish and wont even reach 2 room across. The wifi keeps dropping, there are blacspots all over my house. I never had this issue with the hub 3.0.
How do we contact someone who can resolve these issues?
