Router needs turning off and back on to gain correct speed

Hi,

I am finding that every few days, to maintain the speed of around 200 Mbs, I have to turn the router off and back on again as my speed keeps dropping to at the lowest 6.24 Mbs, After a reset it goes back up to around 200 but then drops to a low speed again after a few days.

Is my router faulty? or has there been network problems?

Many thanks

Derek

Re: Router needs turning off and back on to gain correct speed

Hey delboyuk2508, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry you are having some speed issues.

I have taken a look from our side and everything is look prefect, the levels are fine and I can't find any issues which could be causing this.

Please remember we measure our speed to the hub and not over WIFI, how has your connection been over the last few days?

Also is this on a WIFI on cable connection you are experiencing this on? Thanks
