Is someone from the VM team able to explain why my service is so terrible and I suffer extreme latency and packet loss. I restart the modem regular, all of my devices connected via ethernet yet the quality of the M500 connection I have is terrible.
The second question, every day at around 19:00 my internet speed drops significantly from roughly 500Mbps to between 150Mbps and 200Mbps. This is well below the minimum speed guaranteed (https://www.virginmedia.com/shop/broadband/speeds). What information do I need to provide if I want to request compenstation or terminate?
