Rewarding loyal customers

Why can't an upgrade be done online instead of ringing a call centre? Haggling when there should be straightforward rewards for long term customers should be unnecessary.

VM's systems are not up to scratch, and the Covid-19 crisis has highlighted this problem when people struggle to call an agent. Try phoning when the call centres open at 8am.
