Tried waiting on calls to customer services for too many combined hours and now fed up with the mixture of my broadband dropping and not being able to contact anyone to speak to about it.
I get daily disconnections (complete outage, needs a reboot/reset to bring it back in most situations. Though sometimes waiting for ten mins or so it comes back itself)
Is there a moderator available to assist me in resolving this problem and perhaps get an engineer out to do some testing?

Sorry to hear about the disconnections happening. Not good at all, and I do wish to help you with this.
Can you confirm, is this happening over a wired or wireless connection please? Or both?
Also, if it is both, do all devices lose connection at the same time?
What router do you have as well please?

It affects all connections (all devices) wired and wireless. When connectivity goes, everything goes down at the same time.
It’s using a hub 3.0. Same thing happened on the v2.0, was hoping when I upgraded this problem would have been resolved but has carried on.
I have it currently set to modem-only mode now and have another wireless hub but this has made no difference.
I think this is something we're going to need to take a closer look at.

I am having the same issues.
On Regular basis it is happening, like disconnected....
I am connected on LAN cable, so there should be no problems, but it is.
If trying to connect on WiFi... Even Worse, Connection can be any time, very unstable.
Is it a Router Problem or Network issues?
