Registering a fault

Hi, trying to register a fault with my broadband. Tried the recommended VM phone number -  no joy! Anyone know where to register - or do I just refuse to pay next months bill? 😀

The best time to phone is 08.00.  Failing that a staff member will be along in a day or two.

If you can give some details of the problem we might be able to give some advice.
