Reduced speeds (350Mbs dropped to 90Mbs)

Hi, I have the 350Mbs package - since I had it it has been reasonably consistently 350Mbs +

Currently (and for the past few weeks I believe) it's been running at ~90Mbs consistently 

Given prior to a few weeks a go it was out for several hours a day (either completely down or constantly going up/down) - this is better - but I can't see anything on the virgin media website about the speeds being reduced on purpose to give a more stable connection

I really don't want to start rebooting kit at the moment as it is actually 'working' but I'd like to understand if it's the virgin media infrastructure or is it worth me trying a reboot.
