Reduced Download Speed

So today i noticed that my download was also slower than few days last time. Last i checked my speed was got excatly what i am paying for but now it was low and here are the speedtest result. also im testing this on a wired connection on my pc.Speedtest.png

Could you access your router using http://192.168.0.1/ or http://192.168.100.1 for modem mode . You shouldn't need log in, select the 'Check Router Status' option and paste your 'Downstream', 'Upstream', and 'Network Log' tabs? Please copy/paste this data as text, split between multiple posts (Sometimes you have to click 'Post' twice due to an error message).

Could you please create a BQM (Broadband Quality Monitor) here, and post the live link?

That's a speed test, not a BQM.

Have you tested on a wired device?

Yes. Your BQM doesn't actually look too bad, there was an outage (Not sure if you turned off the HUB?).

Could you confirm you have tested on a wired connection as the speedtests above are on wireless?
