Reboot

By rebooted do you mean switched off and back on again.?

If so I'm doing this at least once a week.

Yes, that's what is meant. 

But you're best off sticking to the earlier thread you created, because it's very difficult to help people when they are creating multiple posts about the same issue.

Thanks for your post @Rankipops, can you please advise me what speeds you're currently getting on the connection and if this is over Wi-Fi or over a Wired connection?

 

Can you please advise me if you've attempted a pin hole reset on the hub?
