We're getting the same issue for all intents and purposes. D/L speed getting about 0.2 to 2.5 Mbps on the Ookla speed test, and maybe 3-7Mbps upload (so seems isolated to the downstream connection. Edit: Should be getting 54Mbps D/L guaranteed as we are on M100.
Called tech support and they asked me to do try wired connection, same result (worse if anything). Only started yesterday.
Really infuriating, I called them again today and as polite as they were, they told me that they definitely changed something and to monitor it for an hour and it should improve and to call back in a week if it does not. I feel there is 100% a line issue or something going on and I feel like I have no recourse to speak to an actual engineer about the fault, but they just say they cant see any other fault in the area.
Thanks for posting. Sorry to hear you're having issues with your internet speeds. Have you tried another speed test since your last post?
Have you tried a reboot of the router to see if this improves your speed? If you have we would then recommend a pin hole reset. Once you do a pin hole reset you will need to re-connect all your devices back to the hub.
